Breakfast was first class. Dinner in the evening was not so good - some of the food was overcooked. Our waitress was not as frendly as some of teh others. The maitre d' was charming and efficient. The room attendants were superb and worked hard to keep a good standard.

Personal für dieses Hotel nicht
geeignet( sehen nicht wenn am Büffet was fehlt mann muß immer fragen kann ich noch Brot , Wurst usw. nachhaben
die Aufmerksamkeit fehlt. am Pool genau das gleiche das preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht . Hoteleinricchtung und komfort super , personal misserrabel. möchten mitte August nochmals an den Gardasee fahren. Bitte um Info ob mann aus Kulanz was machen kann. erwarte Ihre Antwort MFG Gessner
